Children,
This afternoon, after school, while I was trying to translate some math test review, Toby called me with some elating information. Jason at Paradigm, Francesca Lia Block's agent (or some other big fancy title), had called Toby earlier. They've been talking with Francesca Lia Block and she is very interested in our project. Also, we've finally gotten permission to produce the production with our adaptation of "The Hanged Man" and we're being sent all the appropriate paperwork. I'm extremely excited, not just because we have all the legal issues out of the way, but because Francesa Lia Block, one of our favorite writers, is interested in this little production, and that to me is BIG.

All the readings will be COLD, but don't fret, we still want actors of all levels and ages, willing, daring and committed. They must understand what an incredible (and lofty) endeavor we've embarked upon and be willing to work hand in hand with us for a successful production. If you are an actor who can also paint, draw animation, film, etc, please, we want YOU!

You should email us before coming at... Calyxfilmandtheater@yahoo.com so we can give you indepth character analysis, instructions and requirements. Also so we know aprox. how many people will plan on showing up.
